I set up Orckid Design and Marketing 20 years ago following several years in TV Advertising at McCann Erickson.

My objective was to build a team of creative marketing professionals that understood a wide range of client brands and businesses, to develop insightful creative solutions that really sell - and help clients engage with their customers and consumers.

I enjoy working on new projects with our existing clients - as their businesses evolve and change, - and also love the challenge of getting to know new clients.

We remain a group of focussed and creative people who enjoy what we do!

Outside of work I am passionate about rugby, tennis and fly fishing and enjoy holidays anywhere warm!

Our technical manager has a keen interest in web security and guides all our server backend web development.

Anurag specialises in third party APIs integration and has coordinated with various installations to provide a safe and secure destination for all our client websites. He also plays a key role in hosting both websites and domains.

Clarissa excels when it comes to coding and delivering high end projects. A hard core techie, with impeccable leadership qualities, she plays a key role as the technical lead for all programming related projects.

Clarrissa's biggest strength is her ability to plan a project at the start and visualize various scenarios at the beginning of every project. She has a very strong eye for detail, which ensure that our output passes the highest level of scrutiny before it is delivered to the client.

Jonny Hubner

Germany efficiency with an English flavour, aptly describes Jonny. His 15 years experience on the online platform, coupled with his meticulous planning skills make him a key member of our team.

Jonny's biggest asset is his ability to understand consumer behaviour when it comes to online content, particularly on mobile devices. He gets very actively involved at the initial planning stages, bringing in his experience to advise client on designs and usability.

In addition to his web expertise, Jonny’s client handling skills ensure that every project is a smooth experience for all people involved.

Working across the breath of our clients Julia's focus is developing in-depth brand guidelines, corporate presentations, printed collateral and marketing communications.

Luke has a wealth of experience spanning 20 years in the marketing industry, working with a diverse range of clients from leading brands to local businesses.

Although his first and greatest love is for print and typography he is our very own tech geek. Having grown up with the internet from its infancy, he has enjoyed watching it grow and its influence on design outside the web, He believes the traditional typographic rules have remained valid and have helped guide the evolving designs on the internet, and more recently on mobile technology and interface design.

The vary nature of our business means tight deadlines are imminent. As Orckid’s studio manager his vast depth of knowledge within the industry enables him to manage our team of specialists and the efficiency of the workflow to ensure a first class delivery of work to all our clients.

Neil is our Senior Designer with extensive experience in retail activation; from packaging to POS on a global scale.

With advancements in technology and ever-changing consumer behaviours, the role of retail is changing face. Neil actively keeps in touch with the different ways of communicating with audiences to ensure he delivers creative solutions, which maximise brand standout within a busy retail environment.

His experience in this arena allows him to work within the complexities of both the brand and retailer guidelines to deliver visually impactful solutions that meet the brand requirements for both client and retailer alike.

Tiffany is our finance wizard and runs a tight ship, streamlining all our financial operations. Whether working with a small to medium size enterprise or a large corporate company she tailors the accounts to comply with company specific requirements, ensuring a transparent, trouble free process.

Tiffany provides invaluable financial information to the management team and at the end of the month she ensures we all get paid!
